As a certified executive coach and former Chief People Officer at a leading multi-trade design-build contractor, she played a pivotal role in expanding the company from $50M to $1.3B and navigating multiple CEO transitions. During her tenure, the company achieved record-breaking EBITDA growth, expanded from 198 to 3,000 employees, and earned accolades for its exceptional workplace culture. Marlene’s wit and humor bring levity to challenging topics. She and her husband co-founded VRealty Partners, a real estate consulting and investment business. When not growing businesses, leaders, or investment portfolios, Marlene enjoys family time and playing beach volleyball.

Marlene holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida, along with certifications including a certified executive coach and ACC coaching designation from ICF. She serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement and on the Associate Board of Grow Financial.
