Marlene Velez is the Founder and CEO of MVPartners Group, where she helps leaders, teams, and organizations unlock their potential and drive meaningful, lasting change through coaching and consulting. As a certified executive coach and former Chief People Officer in the C-suite of a billion-dollar organization, Marlene brings rare, firsthand insight into the challenges executives face. She partners with leaders to elevate their impact, sharpen decision-making, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.

Marlene’s work spans industries like real estate, construction, and talent strategy, where she’s known for her practical approach, deep expertise, and signature with that brings ease to even the toughest conversations. Alongside her coaching and consulting work, Marlene and her husband co-founded VRealty Partners, a real estate consulting and investment firm. She also draws on a trusted network of consultants to deliver tailored solutions for every client. Marlene holds an Executive MBA and a BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida and is a certified executive coach (ACC, ICF). She serves on the boards of Junior Achievement and Grow Financial. When she’s not supporting leaders or

businesses, Marlene enjoys family time and beach volleyball.
